Fresh Flowers & Natural Variations
- • Flowers are natural products and may vary slightly in colour, shape, size, and bloom depending on seasonal and market availability.
- • Images displayed on the website are for reference purposes. Final arrangements may have slight variations while preserving the overall look and feel of the selected design.
Order Confirmation & Payments
- • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- • Prices mentioned on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
- • Delivery charges, taxes, and additional service fees (if applicable) will be shown during checkout.
- • Fiorella reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, payment issues, suspicious activity, or unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy
- • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled once they are prepared or dispatched.
- • Due to the perishable nature of flowers and customised products, refunds are generally not applicable once the order has been delivered and accepted.
- • Refunds or replacements may only be considered in cases where the product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from the order placed.
- • Any issue regarding damaged, incorrect, or missing products must be reported within 2 hours of delivery along with relevant photos/videos for review.
- • Once verified by our support team, Fiorella may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund depending on the situation.
- • Customised, personalised, same-day, and midnight delivery orders are strictly non-refundable.
- • In cases where refunds are not applicable, a credit note may be issued as a goodwill gesture and will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Delivery Policy
- • We aim to deliver all orders within the selected delivery slot; however, exact delivery times are not guaranteed due to traffic, weather conditions, festivals, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- • Deliveries will be considered completed once the order is accepted at the delivery address provided.
- • In case the recipient is unavailable, the order may be handed over to a neighbour, security desk, receptionist, or any responsible person available at the location.
- • Re-delivery requests may involve additional charges.
- • Customers are requested to ensure that the recipient is available during the selected delivery time.
Incorrect Address or Contact Information
- • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details including address, contact number, and recipient name.
- • Fiorella will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information, unreachable phone numbers, or recipient unavailability.
Same-Day & Midnight Deliveries
- • Same-day and midnight deliveries are subject to product availability, order confirmation timing, and delivery feasibility.
- • Additional delivery charges may apply for fixed-time, urgent, or midnight deliveries.
- • During high-volume occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Raksha Bandhan, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year, slight delivery delays may occur.
Product Care
- • Fresh flowers are perishable products and require proper care.
- • Flower longevity depends on weather conditions, handling, and maintenance after delivery.
- • Customers are advised to follow the care instructions provided with the product to maximise freshness and product life.
Intellectual Property
- • All content on this website, including images, product designs, logos, text, graphics, videos, and branding materials are the intellectual property of Fiorella India.
- • Any unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or copying is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
- • Fiorella shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, emotional, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
- • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the order placed by the customer.
